Taping is an potent and effective therapy that decreases pain and swelling, while providing additional stability and support in areas of healing. In this course, we demonstrate over 2 hours of hands-on application approaches for the most common aches and pains, including taping therapies for the low back, shoulder, neck, elbow, wrists, hips, knees, ankles, and feet.
You’ll learn how to tape a localized area of concern with the “band-aid” method, as well as discovering how to tape in accordance with your clients’ “movement”, both methods shown to diminish pain and improve mobility. Grab your tape of choice (we recommend RockTape), a pair of scissors, and disinfectant, and you’ll be ready to follow along with the hands-on demonstrations, and start providing Taping Therapy today.
