Just as the trees begin to shed their leaves and draw their energy inward and down at this time of year, we too will shed the excess summer heat, and consolidate our energy into the core and roots of our being to prepare for FALL.  Be ready to move, breathe, and explore as we let it go, and let it flow! And discover how to benevolently bio-hack your “Vagus Nerve” to generate greater relaxation, connection and collaboration. Enjoy the exponential power of gathering and transforming in community. We will share with you some of our best practices to staying healthy with this seasonal shift that include:

  • Practice Medical Qigong focusing on the Lung and Large Intestine organ meridians related to Fall (according to Traditional Chinese Medicine)
  • Elicit the relaxation response and grow your vagal tone with neck and eye muscle exercises
  • Boost your Immune System with Breathwork and by massaging your own acupoints
  • Utilize practices to release, let go, and unhook from the grasp of holding on
