Thai Yoga Massage is an unique synthesis of stretching, massaging, and meridian approaches that facilitate inner and outer healing. Thai Yoga Massage also leverages yogic principles and the the intention of loving kindness (“metta”) to benefits both giver and receiver! No previous experience necessary in massage or yoga (“though the *Home Study* course is strongly prior to taking any live webinars”). Although Heath and Nicole will be demonstrating on a massage table, you can also create your our quarantine comfort by using a mat on the floor, or even utilizing a couch.
