In this no-cost experiential session, you will learn postural adjustments, self-massage, and yoga therapy exercises that create greater stability, strength, and mobility in your shoulder. This presentation blends healing moves for shoulder relief, drawn from multidisciplinary movement therapy approaches like yoga, physical therapy, repatterning exercises, Feldenkrais, Medical Qigong. These healing moves are meant to build flexibility and strength to contribute to easy alignment and a feel good posture.
