How does the hands-on portion of the webinar work?
During the live class, we strongly recommend you have a recipient to practice on and to receive feedback from them or the instructors (if you choose to turn your webcam on). This is completely optional, and will assist in your understanding, confidence, and correct implement of the hands-on therapies. You will also receive the recording so you can go back and practice along to the replay.
The majority of this course focuses on hands-on practice utilizing stationary and sliding silicon cups. So come prepared to explore, share, and receive refreshing approaches with a healing community of like-minded people. Bring in your own set of silicone cups. Webinar Preparation
- Get a demo body willing to receive your touch
- Coordinate to practice on a demo body from approximately 11am-130pm AZ/MT time (10am-1230pm PT, 12pm-230pm CT, 1pm-330pm ET).
- Have a table set up (or couch, futon, etc) with linens and a bolster or pillow
- Have a massage medium of your choice
