An Evening to Cultivate Grounding, Nourishment & the Divine Feminine
As the seasons begin to shift, nature reminds us that there is a time for everything—a time for growth and expansion, and a time for slowing down, turning inward, letting go, and restoring.
Fall invites us to gather our energy inward. The days grow shorter, the natural world begins to soften, and we are reminded that releasing what has completed its season creates space for rest, renewal, and whatever is meant to come next.
Nature doesn’t resist these cycles. The trees don’t question whether it is time to release their leaves. The earth doesn’t apologize for needing a season of rest.
There is a beautiful trust woven into the rhythms of the natural world.
And perhaps there is something we can learn from that.
Rooted & Nourished is a special women’s mini-retreat inspired by the wisdom of fall, the cycles of nature, and the nurturing, intuitive energy of the Divine Feminine.

This evening is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with the quieter wisdom within you.
To slow down.
To become centered and grounded.
To listen to what your body needs.
To receive rather than continually give.
To nourish the parts of yourself that may have been neglected.
And to trust the season you are in—even when you can’t yet see what comes next.
Together, we’ll explore practices that help us reconnect with the qualities of the Divine Feminine—intuition, compassion, receptivity, creativity, nurturing, rest, and trust.
Your Evening Will Include:
Fall Qigong Workshop + Practice
Explore seasonal Qigong principles and simple practices designed to support the body and energy system during the transition into fall. Through gentle movement, breath, and mindful awareness, we’ll explore the relationship between our own internal rhythms and the cycles unfolding in nature around us—cultivating grounding, balance, and a deeper trust in the body’s innate wisdom.
We’ll also explore simple Qigong protocols that you can carry with you into the fall season to help you feel more centered, grounded, and nourished as the energy of the year begins to turn inward.
Restorative Yoga + Hands-On Sound & Vibrational Healing
Settle into deeply supported restorative yoga postures designed to invite the body to soften, the nervous system to settle, and the mind to become quiet. As you rest, you’ll receive hands-on sound and vibrational healing, allowing soothing frequencies and gentle vibration to deepen relaxation and create a profoundly nurturing experience.
This practice is an invitation to shift from doing to receiving—a beautiful expression of the Divine Feminine. Rather than striving, fixing, or pushing, you’ll be encouraged to soften, listen, receive, and trust the wisdom of your own body.
Seasonal Meditation + Sound Bath
Our evening will move toward stillness with a guided seasonal meditation woven into an immersive sound bath. Inspired by the wisdom of autumn and the Divine Feminine, the meditation will invite you to turn inward, listen deeply, and reflect on what you may be ready to release as you move into a new season.
Surrounded by soothing vibration and resonance, you’ll be invited to soften your grip on what no longer needs to be carried and trust that letting go does not leave us empty—it creates space for rest, renewal, and whatever is meant to emerge next.
There is nothing to accomplish here. Simply rest, receive, and allow yourself to be held by the experience—grounded in the present, nourished from within, and trusting the season you’re in.
Connection + Community
We’ll close our evening with light seasonal refreshments and time to connect with other women. Because nourishment isn’t only something we give our bodies. We are also nourished through friendship, shared experience, laughter, belonging, and the simple comfort of knowing we don’t have to move through every season alone.
Your Guides
The evening will be lovingly guided by The Retreat Ladies:
Dawn Hopkins of Inspiritus Yoga
Nicole Reed of Living Metta
Sarah Nichols of Sound Wave Wellness
Together, they bring years of experience in mindful movement, Qigong, yoga, meditation, nervous system regulation, healing arts, and sound to create a warm, supportive space where women can simply come as they are.
All practices will be accessible and adaptable, and women of all ages and ability levels are welcome. No previous experience with yoga, Qigong, meditation, or sound healing is needed.
You don’t need to know exactly where you’re going next.
Sometimes our work is simply to plant our feet, soften our grip, listen inward, nourish ourselves well, and trust that the next season will unfold when it is ready.
Just as nature does.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more centered, more grounded, deeply nourished, and more trusting of yourself and the season you’re in.
