Heath and Nicole, the husband and wife team behind this retreat, graciously invite you to join them to experience “life as art”. This is a healing expedition for anyone passionate about generating deeper levels of self care, connected community, and mindful travel. Everyone is welcome to explore, expand, and delight in the beauty and pleasure of France… from Paris to Provence!
Each day will be infused with all levels of therapeutic yoga classes (no experience needed), meditation, and a special emphasis on growing our awareness of what nourishes, delights, and feeds what’s most essential to us. Plus there’s the extra added bonus feature of Heath and Nicole’s touch therapy, which you’ll receive intermingled in our yoga sessions.
There are several scheduled outings (all which are optional, including the yoga classes), as well as scheduled downtime-to relax and unwind or to discover other new adventures on your own! Heath and Nicole’s dear friends, Jay and Sunshine, (who live part-time in France and have facilitated tours there in the past) will also be residing in the retreat home and assisting with French translating and in general, will be sharing their love and passion of France in helping orient our group to the land, people, and culture.
The price of the retreat includes all accommodations and in-country transport (*your flight is not included) and most all meals. For a detailed, day-by-day itinerary of our planned events, please click here.

A Snapshot of our Life as Art Retreat
Our explorations will encompass the unique and rich history of French art, wine, food and more. Walk the cobblestone streets of Paris, enjoy the Eifel Tower and the uniquely ancient/modern fusion of the France’s “City of Lights”. After our group meets up and orients in Paris for our first evening together, we’ll travel the morning via fast train to Avignon in South of France. From here we’ll arrive at our retreat home, composed of a renovated farmhouse and cottage on a beautiful property, in the cozy and historically authentic village of Vallabrègues.
Our retreat home serves as the ideal launch pad for Provence as we take a boat outing on the French Rivera, explore the history and charm of village markets, feast our eyes on the breakthrough art at Le Beaux, enjoy the flavors and culture of Gigondas (a exemplar of the tastiest Rhone wineries), and enjoy bathing our senses in the gorgeous natural and manmade art sculpted in the vast La Costa gardens. At the close of our retreat, we will return to Paris and say :Au revoir”. For a detailed, day-by-day itinerary of our planned events, please click here.
