Jin Shin Jyutsu is a gentle hands-on practice that activates potent acupoints to provide self-healing, and for healing others. Jin Shin Jyutsu can be to help yourself (we regularly use Jin Shin Jyutsu flows to help go to sleep, prevent jet lag, and to recalibrate our 5-Element balance) and may also be performed to help heal others from physical, mental, or emotional pain and stress. We invite you to join us as you learn easy and practical protocols to effectively grow your healing prowess, all while enjoying a really good time.

Your Instructors, Nicole and Heath Reed, LMTS and BQ Coaches, have been practicing and teaching the healing arts for more than 25 years. In 1999, they were first taught Jin Shin Jyutsu and have incorporated this profound healing art thousands of times in one-on one sessions, group classes, and bonus feature: while healing themselves! The Reeds are co-founders of Living Metta (living “loving kindness”) where they provide hundreds of hours of hands-on healing and self-care classes (yoga, qigong, breathwork, etc) in their online Metta Community, and also travel throughout the world offering in-person classes and healing retreats.
